Richard leads a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals in managing Ruach Global. His vast experience managing complex private and public sector contracts, competent in Contract management, Project management, Value management, Risk management, Financial management, Health and Safety Management.

Richard previously led on the strategic planning, implementation & effective delivery of high stacks maintenance contracts across over 400 schools, Surrey Fire Service and corporate buildings. In his first year at Surrey County Council Richard achieve ISO 9001 quality mark for his department and was quality controller for 3 years

Richard holds MSc Finance and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from University of London, Birkbeck College and also holds IOSH Managing Safely Certificate
