Bob has over 15 year’s Project Management experience in capital, operations and transformation programs in the private and public realms, working on mergers & acquisitions, estate rationalization programs, logistics, commercial decants, infrastructure projects, IT & telephony architecture & implementation. A member of the Association of Project Managers (APM 2005), an alumnus of the Bartlett School of Architecture-University College London.

He has worked to various quality and benchmarking environments on multiple sites and work streams to deliver collaboration and integrated working, co-location for remote and matrix teams as tools for driving efficiency and cost Improvement in organizations and achieving VFM in procurement and contract management

A lead team of 5 Strategic Project Managers in the Asset Management & Planning Department at the London Borough of Newham who delivered additional 200(£M) Building Schools For the Future program(BSF) resulting from the major demographic needs impact assessments on exiting infacstrure and service capacity due to the Olympic Games Park and the Stratford City Development.
